Our society was registered under FCRA 1976 in the year 1998. The Registration Number allotted to us is 09460043. Since its registration under FCRA 1976, it has received foreign contribution to run the society and has strictly complied with all the provisions of FCRA 1976. Above all, it has never failed to send intimations within the prescribed time to the central government on regular basis of the amounts of each foreign contribution received by us, the source and the manner in which the foreign contribution was utilized as per the provisions of FCR Act, 1976 and Rules framed there under.
As per the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010, it was made mandatory for an association with over one crore FC receipt in a financial year to place the summary data on receipts and utilization of the FC pertaining to the year of receipts as well as for one year thereafter in the public domain.
